The Lux* Maldives (former Diva Maldives) is located in a large turquoise lagoon in the South Ari Atoll. The island is 1.8 km long and 200 m wide and is one of the largest islands of the Maldives. 12 Sunset junior suites (70 m2, double bungalows), like the Beach Pavilions but situated on the sunset side and luxurious furnishings.
45 Beach Villas (95m2), single-standing, with direct sea view, small garden and private beach.
116 Beach Pool Villas (116m2), single-standing, right on the beach, with private pool and garden in the bathroom.
46 Water Villas (71 m2), on the east side of the island, with a guarantee to offer maximum privacy, views of the lagoon, spacious terrace with direct access to the sea.
38 Prestige Water Villas (98 m2), on the west side of the island, established as the luxurious Water Villas.
3 Family Water Villas (129 m2), the same facilities as the Water Villas, but with two bedrooms.
1 Diva Villa (360 m2), built on stilts over the water, luxurious residence with two bedrooms, living room with glass floor, terrace with large pool.
Sports
Free: snorkeling equipment, kayaks, pedal boat, two tennis courts, fitness center, badminton, volleyball, billiards, various board games.
Fee: Water skiing, banana boat, windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling, diving, wakeboarding, jet skiing, kite surfing, biggame fishing, bikes.
Spa
The Infinity Spa has 15 treatment rooms (4 of them above water), separate sauna, steam room and plunge pool. It will offer a wide range of massages, body and facial treatments.
Kids & teens
Kid's Club for 3 to 12-year-old children with various activities and organized lunch. Children under 3 years must be accompanied by a parent or a babysitter (for a fee) are possible.
Teen's Club for 13 to 19-year-old with a variety of activities, games and DVD's.
Children under 12 are not accepted in the water villas.
Entertainment
Various excursions, evening entertainment with live bands and DJs.
Snorkeling & Diving
The house reef is about 300-600 meters away and can be reached by boat (for free).
The dive center is managed by Euro Divers. The dive instructors speak English, German, French and Italian. Approx. 50 dive sites can be reached within 10 to 60 minutes.
